Normal production time is 30 days or less for regular coin orders, 45 days for dual plated coins or 55 days for our patented NFC embedded custom challenge coins.

If you need to match exact colors, we use PANTONE SOLID COATED colors to reference and identify the colors you want by number. Please provide any specific PANTONE colors needed.

We have 20-40 different orders in production at any given time so we prioritize artwork based on orders ready to go into production. Because of the custom nature of coins, orders are non-refundable. Should you have any quality or production problems we will correct the problem and replace any damaged coins!
